Privacy Policy

This policy covers DartyForLife LLC ("DartyForLife", "we") and the internal tools we operate to run our events business, including our Social Command Center application, which connects to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and our ticketing provider Posh.

What we collect

• Ticket order details when you buy tickets to our events through Posh: name, email, phone number, and order information.
• Website usage signals on our sites and event pages through analytics and advertising pixels (for example page views and checkout events).
• Engagement data from our own social media accounts (followers, likes, comments, message threads sent to our accounts).

How we use it

• To run and improve our events: confirmations, entry lists, support.
• To measure and improve our marketing. Hashed email addresses and phone numbers may be shared with advertising platforms (such as Meta Custom Audiences) to reach past attendees and people like them. Hashing means the raw values are not readable by the platform.
• To send event updates you signed up for. Every message includes a way to opt out.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties outside the service providers named above.

Data retention and deletion

We keep order and marketing data while we operate the events business. To have your information removed from our lists and audiences, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.
