The short version
We use cookies to understand how people find our events and to show our ads to people who have already visited this site. We do not sell your personal information. We never put your email or phone number into a URL, and ticket payments happen on Posh, not here, so this site never sees your card details.
Cookies we set

What we collect when you join The List
We receive your email address, your phone number if you choose to add one, and which event you were looking at, plus the cookie values above so we know which promotion brought you. We use it to tell you about upcoming events. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
What we collect when you request a gear rental
The rental form asks for your name, email, and phone number, all of them required, along with your event date, the equipment you want, whether you need pickup or delivery, and whether you are taking the damage waiver or providing your own certificate of insurance. It also records that you ticked the box accepting responsibility for the equipment while it is in your care. That acknowledgment is kept as part of the rental record.
We use your rental contact details to answer that rental request and to arrange the rental. We do not add them to our event mailing or texting list. The cookie values above are attached so we can see which promotions bring in rental enquiries.
How to turn tracking off
This site honors the Global Privacy Control signal and Do Not Track. If your browser sends either one, the Meta advertising pixel is never loaded, no advertising cookies are set, and our analytics stop recording your visits. The only cookie still used is dfl_vid, which just tells a returning visitor from a new one and is not used for advertising. You can enable Global Privacy Control in browsers such as Firefox, Brave, and DuckDuckGo, or through a privacy extension.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can control how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies will not stop you from browsing the site or buying tickets.
Who else receives data
Meta Platforms receives the advertising pixel events described above. Posh processes ticket sales on its own checkout and under its own privacy policy. Our form submissions are stored on our own infrastructure. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
If you are a California resident you may ask us not to share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are in the UK or EU you may ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it.
